5. Cookies

We use cookies on our site. These are small files that are automatically created by your browser and stored on your end device (laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar) when you visit our site. Cookies do not cause any damage to your device, do not contain viruses, trojans, or other malware.
In the cookie, information is stored that arises in each case in connection with the specific device used. This does not mean, however, that we gain immediate knowledge of your identity. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or a message always appears before a new cookie is created. However, completely disabling cookies may prevent you from using all the features of our website.

We use various types of cookies on our website, some of which are only stored on your device after your express consent.

The use of cookies serves on the one hand to make the use of our offer more pleasant for you. For example, we use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual pages of our website. These are automatically deleted after you leave our site.

In addition, we also use temporary cookies to optimize user-friendliness, which are stored on your device for a certain fixed period of time. If you visit our site again to use our services, it is automatically recognized that you have already been to the website and which entries and settings you have made so that you do not have to enter them again.

7. Integration of services and contents of third parties

a) Anwalt.de rating widget

Widgets from "anwalt.de", provided by anwalt.de services AG, Rollnerstr. 8, D-90408 Nuremberg, are used on our website in order to provide the user with an overview of currently submitted ratings for a lawyer on "anwalt.de", among other things. For this purpose, we use the widget "Your ratings" from "anwalt.de". If you call up a corresponding sub-page of www.kanzlei-blk.de that contains such a widget, your device establishes a direct connection with the servers used by "anwalt.de". The content of the plugin is transmitted by "anwalt.de" directly to your browser and integrated by it into the website. Incidentally, calling up links contained in widgets leads to redirection to the corresponding websites operated by anwalt.de.

By integrating the widgets, anwalt.de receives access data such as your IP address, even if you do not have a user account with "anwalt.de". According to "anwalt.de's" own information, no storage of the respective access data takes place. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR and in this respect the legitimate interest of the lawyer and of anwalt.de to present current and correct content. The purpose and exact scope of the data collection, as well as the use of the data and further processing by "anwalt.de" can be found in the corresponding privacy policy of "anwalt.de", along with your rights and setting options for data protection in this regard. This is available at https://www.anwalt.de/pdf/DSE_anwalt.de.pdf.

b) Google Maps

Our website uses the "Google Maps" service. When Google Maps is called up on this website, data about the use of this website, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). We use Google Maps to display interactive maps from Google Maps to provide you with a better user experience of our website. We only use Google Maps with your consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. Google Maps is deactivated on the site and is only activated when you click on the consent button displayed there.

For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the provider, please refer to the provider's privacy policy. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

c) Google Fonts

In order to display our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use "Google Fonts" of Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereafter "Google") on this website to display fonts. The legal basis for the integration of Google Fonts and the associated data transfer to Google is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR).

For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the provider, please refer to the provider's privacy policy. 8. Related links

Insofar as our offer also contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence, which we nevertheless make available for use as "third-party content", we cannot assume any liability for this third-party content due to the lack of influence. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not possible without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

9. Rights to information, objection and other rights

Furthermore, pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, you have the right to object to data processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation, provided that this is done to protect our legitimate interests.

You also have the right under Art. 77 GDPR to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful.

10. Data security

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

If you contact us via email, we would like to point out that emails can be read or changed unauthorized and unnoticed during transmission. In addition, we use software to filter unwanted emails (spam filter). This spam filter can reject emails if they are incorrectly identified as spam mail on the basis of certain characteristics.
